In case you’ve bought your item on njdesign.nl you can return your product within 14 days from the delivery date. Please fill out this form and include it with your returned package, and please notify shop@njdesign.nl before returning any of our products.

Returned items must be unwashed, unused, with original tags attached and in it’s original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted product, receive a refund and then place a new order for the correct product.

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, NJDesign can not be made responsible for the package being lost or otherwise not received.

Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date of returning the package, to the bank account used for the purchase.
