We currently ask you to make a bank transfer after receiving your bill. When the payment is confirmed by our bank will start to get your order shipped.

Depending on stock availability, goods are prepared for shipping within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code.
The Netherlands 1-2 business days
All other countries 2-5 business days

For Dutch customers the costs are €6,95, for all other customers €20,00. Please note that customs and local taxes are included in this calculation and we always try our best to combine shippings to minimize your cost.

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code in order to keep track of your new products.

This could be because of the information you provided (billing address and/or shipping address), payment control or internal business processes. We always ship your items double packed, your garment will first be packed in plastic and paper and then placed in a cardboard box.
